DSS moved to Midrand to become part of the Mustek group.

If you have been conducting business on a C.O.D. basis, you can now apply for terms.

Better pricing on products due to bulk imports (New Price List coming
1 February).

Access to a much wider selection of products namely: Mecer, APC, Brother, D-Link, DSS, Espon, Fujitsu, NEC, Posiflex, Samsung, Tier One, Toshiba, etc.

Nationwide Distribution Centers (later this year) – Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, East London, Durban, Bloemfontein, Kimberley, Johannesburg, Botswana, Namibia, Mosambique, Congo and Ethopia.

All customers must complete a Mustek Dealer Application form in order to make any purchases. Send an email to request the necessary forms. The application needs to be accompanied by the following:
-
Certified copy of certificate of incorporation.
-
Certified copy of VAT registration.
-
Certified copy of each director(s) / member(s) identity documents.
-
Cancelled cheque.
Certified copies can be made at our offices.

For all the customers who experienced frustrations with the new procedures, we sincerely apologies. We are working on streamlining the procedures to offer you a better experience at Mustek.
Sales: DSS sales are situated in the far right building. You pass straight through reception and will find us next to the DSS demo room, for all demo's and product queries.
Collection of orders: All orders to be collected at dispatch. Dispatch is situated on the left hand side as you pass underneath the bridge. You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection.
Repairs: All repairs or service related items must be taken to the Service Department where items need to be booked in. Once booked in, you will receive a job number which enables you to view the status of your repair on the Mustek website via the Dealer Portal. Turn left as you enter the main entrance until the end of the carports and turn right where you will see the Service Department in front of you.
